The logic of a(n almost) 3 year old

The other day we were over at my parents' house and my dad was playing outside with Kalena.  He was explaining to her why she shouldn't play in the street, and then at dinner he wanted her to share her newfound knowledge.  So he asked her, "Kalena, why don't we go into the street?"  And she responded, "Okay."

    Not only did she respond with okay, she did it mid-bite and hopped down right away to find her shoes.
